Hi, I'm Jules

I'm a mum who's walking the long road of chronic school refusal - and I know how lonely, exhausting, and confusing it can be.


I'm also university trained in mental health, and after years of navigating my daughter's journey, I've combined everything I learned from psychologists, psychiatrists, neuroscience and my university training, along with my real-life lived experience.


My daughter missed over 100 days of school in one year due to anxiety and school refusal. It was painful and overwhelming. But over time - with the right steps - she recovered, graduated, and got into the university and degree of her choice. Today, she's thriving.
