This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit juleswaller.com or buy a product, and how we use it. The site and products are run by Jules Waller, based in Perth, Western Australia.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and what you bought. Card payments are processed by SamCart and Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

• When you sign up for emails or download a free guide: your name and email address.

• When you visit the website: general usage information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is collected through cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, which help us understand which ads and pages are useful.

• When you email us: whatever you choose to share.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase, send receipts and download links, and help with any problems.

• To send you emails you've signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

• To understand how the website and our ads are working, and to improve them.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the services that help us run the business, such as SamCart and Stripe (checkout and payments), our email service provider, Framer (website hosting), and Meta and Google (advertising and analytics). These services may store information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Children's information

Our products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If a school fills in a plan or handout from the School Licence, that information stays with the school. We never receive it.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Email hello@juleswaller.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in Australia and not happy with how we've handled your request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
