These terms apply when you buy or use any product from juleswaller.com, including the School Refusal Recovery Toolkit, the School Refusal Recovery Series, the Staff Understanding Kit, the 20-Step Return Plan and the School Licence. The products are made and sold by Jules Waller, based in Perth, Western Australia. By buying, you agree to these terms.

What the products are. Our products are digital educational resources for parents, carers and school staff. They are practical guidance only. They are not clinical, medical, psychological or legal advice, and they do not replace assessment or treatment by a qualified professional, or your school's own policies and safeguarding procedures. If a child may be at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services or follow your school's safeguarding procedures straight away.

Your licence. When you buy a product, you get a personal licence to use it. You may read it, use it in your own life or work, and print copies for your own use.

• An individual product (including the $37 Staff Kit) is licensed to one person. Please don't share, forward or upload it.

• A School Licence covers one school site. Staff employed at that site may read, print and use the materials in their work, keep them on a password-protected staff intranet or drive, and use them in staff meetings and training. The school may give families a completed copy of the parent handout and of their own student's plan. Other schools, or a group of schools, need their own licence.

Not allowed under any licence: selling or reselling the products or any part of them, posting them on a public website, social media or file-sharing site, removing the author's name, sources or notices, or presenting the content as your own.

Payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change over time. Payments are processed securely by SamCart and Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
