All products sold at juleswaller.com are digital downloads, including the School Refusal Recovery Toolkit, the School Refusal Recovery Series, the Staff Understanding Kit and the School Licence. You get instant access as soon as you buy, and a digital file can't be returned. For that reason, we don't offer refunds for change of mind, for example if you decide the product isn't for you after downloading it.

If something goes wrong, we'll fix it. Please email hello@juleswaller.com as soon as you notice a problem, ideally within 30 days of purchase, if:

• your download link doesn't work, or a file won't open

• you were charged twice, or bought the same product by mistake

• the product is significantly different from how it was described

We'll usually reply within 2 business days. Where we can, we'll fix the problem by sending a working file or the correct product. If we can't fix it, we'll give you a refund. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer laws where you live, that can't be excluded.
